The Challenge

Cygnia were tasked with improving the safety and integrity of retail signage fixed to the front of a private row of shops.

Project Delivery

Cygnia conducted a full sub-facia rebuild using a combination of timber and aluminium framework.

When re-constructing sub-facies Cygnia uses as a munimum Class 3 plywood of 15mm thickness. All timber used was then sealed and gloss exterior paint applied to exposed edges.

Finally, weatherproof flashing is fitted to ward off water inghress and protect the timber framework from future leaks.

The Results

The sub-facia work undertaken by Cygnia has ensured the current frontage of the properties is safer for the general public, with the integrity of any signage much improved and expected to last for many years in the future.
